  • 2016 VIOGNIER                                           $28                        Club Price $22.40          

Sourced from the West side Hidden Valley Ranch, this Viognier is 100% stainless steel fermented and briefly aged in a combination of stainless steel and neutral oak. We cold stabilized and sterile filtered this at bottling.  Its clean, varietally correct flavor will pair nicely with mild and creamy curries, chicken tagine, rich shellfish (crab, lobster, scallops) and sweet root vegetable dishes. 161 cases produced. New Release.

 



  • 2016 ROSÉ OF CABERNET SAUVIGNON       $25             Club Price $21.55

Aromas of strawberries and savory herbs on the nose, this dry Rosé comes from our own Bad Dog Vineyard on the East side of Paso Robles. Perfect with Greek, Mexican or Indian entrees, also with shellfish, mixed olives, cheeses and grilled chicken salad. 43 cases produced. Just Released.

The 15 year old Pinot Noir vines on our Estate vineyard overlooking Morro Bay, are producing nuanced, elegant grapes every year. We enjoy this Pinot Noir with grilled salmon with tomato and basil, smoked chicken, mushroom risotto or turkey burgers from the grill.          146 cases produced. New Release.

Our 8th vintage of small lot Pinot Noir from our Estate vineyard. Pair this delicate vintage with salmon or seafood, truffle pasta, mild cheeses or seared ahi tuna. 215 cases produced.   • 2013 BARREL SELECT PINOT NOIR      $58                 Club Price $46.40

Our limited production reserve Pinot Noir is 50% free run juice and features our estate grown clones of 777, 115 and Pommard 4 and 5 sourced from our estate in the southern Santa Lucia Mountains at an elevation of 2000 feet, overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Serve with roast duck with cherry/rosemary glaze, or pork tenderloin with porcini mushrooms. 100 cases produced. 90 Points Wine Enthusiast, Silver Medal, Central Coast Wine Competition, Silver Medal, San Francisco International Wine Competition.

 

 


  • 2014 BARREL SELECT PINOT NOIR             $65                        Club Price $52

This limited release of our best Pinot Noir from the vintage includes 50% free-run juice and features all of our Pinot Noir clones with aromas of sour cherry candy, strawberry jam, vanilla and cardamom spice. We love to pair this elegant wine with duck salad, grilled salmon with bourbon/sweet mustard glaze, or savory turkey breast.

55% Grenache, 29% Syrah, 16% Mourvèdre

A classic GSM with 55% big juicy Grenache from the Eastside Navarrez Vineyard. The Syrah comes from Cerro Prieto and the Mourvédre is from ONX Vineyard to complete the blend. Enjoy Salacious with a grilled filet of beef or herb-encrusted rack of lamb. 175 cases produced. Silver Medal Central Coast Wine Competition, Silver Medal San Francisco International Wine Competition.

47% Grenache, 35% Mourvèdre, 18% Syrah

Grenache from Onx Vineyard, Syrah from both Hastings Ranch and Alta Colina and Mourvèdre from ONX Vineyard give this GSM a juicy, earthy and spicy character. Pair Salacious with grilled lamb, lamburgers, or stuffed flank steak. 136 cases produced. New Release.

Very limited production of our popular Syrah blend. 86% Syrah, 14% Grenache. We source the Syrah from our Asuncion Ridge Estate and Alta Colina Vineyard, and the Grenache is from ONX Vineyard. Pair this hearty red with braised short ribs or lamb shanks, grilled steak, prime rib or rack of lamb. Only 85 cases produced. 91 Points Wine Enthusiast, Gold Medal Central Coast Wine Competition, Silver Medal San Francisco International Wine Competition.
