Sourced from the West side Hidden Valley Ranch, this Viognier is 100% stainless steel fermented and briefly aged in a combination of stainless steel and neutral oak. We cold stabilized and sterile filtered this at bottling.  Its clean, varietally correct flavor will pair nicely with mild and creamy curries, chicken tagine, rich shellfish (crab, lobster, scallops) and sweet root vegetable dishes. 161 cases produced. Our 8th vintage of small lot Pinot Noir from our Estate vineyard. Pair this delicate vintage with salmon or seafood, truffle pasta, mild cheeses or seared ahi tuna. 215 cases produced. This limited release of our best Pinot Noir from the vintage includes 50% free-run juice and features all of our Pinot Noir clones with aromas of sour cherry candy, strawberry jam, vanilla and cardamom spice. We love to pair this elegant wine with duck salad, grilled salmon with bourbon/sweet mustard glaze, or savory turkey breast.
